• Oversight KYC/CDD Function for North Asia Region
• Promote Compliance/AML culture

Job Scope:

• Report to the Head of Compliance and assume the team lead to oversight KYC function
• As part of the senior compliance members to promote the regulatory/compliance culture 
• Ensure timely management of KYC/CDD, client on-boarding, new account opening and periodic client review for HK booked/managed accounts
• Assume the KYC Compliance SME to ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance 
• Engage extensively with regional/global projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Business/Legal or related disciplines
• 10 years+/- of relevant KYC/CDD and AML compliance experience including 3 years with private banking sector 
• Good understanding of HKMA regulatory requirement is essential
• Strategic minded with strong people/stakeholder management capability 
• Driven with strong problem solving capability and communication skill to work with internal stakeholders from FTB office
