The successful candidate will be responsible for tax compliance and advisory work for the funds and the portfolio companies, as well as other ad hoc projects for both US and China tax purposes. You will also assist in analyzing financial information from portfolio companies and investment projects.

To qualify, applicants must possess:

• A university degree in accounting, business administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience gained from a professional firm or tax advisor, either on PRC or US tax filing and reporting
• Familiar with PC applications, preferably with experience in QuickBooks accounting system
• Independent, detail oriented, analytical, strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Team player with positive attitudes, willing to learn and strive for continuous development
• Ability to handle ad hoc projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Putonghua

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for position such as Taxation Officer.
