Responsibilities

We are recruiting Accounting Assistant to join our Finance and Account Team. Accounting Assistant will be responsible for assisting in managing the company accounts. The duties include the following,

• Responsible on handling accounts receivable and revenue collection
• Prepare receivable journal entries and accounting schedules
• Prepare monthly analytical reports and financial year end reports
• Liaise with auditor for annual audit
• Handle general filing and administration work of Finance Department
• Handling internal and external clients’ enquiries
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Associate Degree or Degree holder in Accounting
• At least 2-3 years solid accounts receivable experiences, preferably in IT or finance-related industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experiences in M.Y.O.B is highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline            
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, committed and responsible
• Immediate available is highly preferred
