Job Description
You will work closely with the other members of WW Shared Services organization as well as the country controllers and other Executive and Business Leaders in implementing process improvements and service enhancements.
After a first phase of building a coherent, aligned, reactive and cost-effective shared services structure, the Finance Transformation Manager will be part of the shift to a performance-oriented organization, you will have the following roles:
- Manage Finance Transformation
- Deliver effective change management
- Perform the controlling of Shared Services in APAC
- Animate the network of Shared Services in APAC
How you will contribute
Lead Finance Transformation
- Help shape the Strategy, both at global and local level, to transform Finance Shared Services into a best-in-class organization (cost effectiveness, compliance, excellence and automation)
- Define and animate a clear and achievable roadmap to execute the strategy
- Manage the transformation planning and ensure a smooth roll out of the different workstreams
- Lead a PMO structure to facilitate the transformation of Finance Shared Services
Deliver effective change management
- Support APAC Shared Services Managers & teams through FSSC transformation:
- Support with documentation and re-engineering of key finance process processes
- Align processes and procedures across countries in line with global model
Perform the controlling of Shared Services in APAC
- In sync with the SSC WW Financial Controller, report on the monthly closures as well as Budget and forecast and describe the highlights
- Organize the budget processes
- Be able to explain the recharges to the clients
Animate the network of Shared Services in APAC
- Manage and animate the online community dedicated to Shared Services
- Help organize seminars / meetings on specific topics related to Shared Services
- Help to setup new Shared Services offices or any other project
Who you are
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent. A major in Finance would be a plus
- Strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management
- Able to work in a matrix organization and an international, multicultural environment
- Able to plan, set priority and manage several complex activities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Mandarin would be a plus
