Job Duties

• Prepare monthly financial reports, consolidated accounts and analyses for management’s review
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and expenditure plan for management’s decision making
• Ensure compliance of applicable accounting standards, rules and regulations
• Ensure internal control procedures are in place and provide advice on improvement
• Work closely with internal departments in developing and enhancing processes on business operations
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and other professional parties
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA / ACCA is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• In-depth understanding of Listing Rules and accounting standards applicable in Hong Kong
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, independent and hard-working, able to handle multi-task with tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
