Responsibilities

• Report to Marketing Manager to assist and coordinate all brand / marketing activities to ensure marketing administration is smooth and efficient
• Manage purchase orders and payment in a timely and effective manner. Closely works with vendors and Finance Department to follow up on corresponding quotations, invoices and payment
• Coordinate and monitor marketing activities to ensure effective execution and overall marketing objectives are achieved
• Accountable for overall visual merchandising and product displays in stores/counters and ensure they are in line with brand’s directives
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and products display at all doors. Prepare visual merchandising guidelines of every new launch to each individual store/counter
• Liaise with vendor for production of VM materials and duratrans
• Produce and arrange delivery of necessary materials for in-store display such as tester stands and launch collaterals
• Store visit and follow up the counter merchandising to ensure they are properly displayed. Take photos of the store/counter display for future record. Arrange professional photographer for store/counter photo-taking for new or renovated door
• Centralize and coordinate all counters repair when required
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2 years experience in marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, aggressive and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
