Job Responsibilities

• Support the quotation update process preparation:
  • Cross check allocation in Finance system versus open costing
  • Ensure the record is updated on timely basis
  • Compare the data and monitor the process to make sure it is in line with open costing and previous practice

• Responsible for final price cross checking in Finance system
• Handle documents filing
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Year 3 or Year 4 student with major in Accounting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, detail-minded, and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
