Responsibilities

• Executes and handles various business valuation assignments, including but not limited to all kinds of business enterprise valuations, intangible asset valuations and financial instrument valuations
• Performs valuation due diligence, in-depth industry research and valuation modelling using all accepted approaches and methods; and writes-up of analysis and conclusions of findings and presents in a clear and concise manner in a valuation report
• Assists in business development, dealing with client relationship, presentations and publications to communicate with clients and other professional parties
• Monitors and supervises junior staffs in project basis / supports senior staffs in project basis
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service efficiency
• Contributes to team building as a team leader / teammates

Requirements

• Doctor / Master / Bachelor degree with major in Financial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Investment related fields
• CFA and/or CPA qualifications and certain years of experience are essential
• Candidates with few years of big-4 CPA firms and/or related experience are welcome
• Candidates with established client relationship are highly appreciated
• Bloomberg terminal familiarity and/or VBA knowledge is a must
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Deep Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
