Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate Daily Food Cost Report, Monthly F&B Cost Control Report and Standard Recipe.
• Supervise the operations of Receiving, Storing and Issuing.
• Carry out month-end food and beverage stocktaking.
• Prepare month‑end F&B costing variances reports.
• Ensure the Food & Beverage Receiving / Store is to comply with hygiene and safety standards set by the Club.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above withLCCI 2^nd level
• Cost control experience in hotel, private club or food & beverage industry is a must.
• Familiar with MS Office and Flex Accounting system will be an advantage
• Responsible, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
