Job Responsibilities:-

• Supervise and lead junior staff performing daily accounting, stock, settlement and financial operations
• Prepare Month-end closing and financial reports for management review in a timely manner
• Assisting regional consolidation and management reporting
• Perform intra-group transactions and reconciliation
• Analyze and reporting the cost, gross margins, and inventory
• Monitor daily cash-flow and online banking
• Ensure accounting policies and procedures are in line with statutory requirement and tax affairs
• Assisting system implementation
• Supporting internal and external audit
• Participate Ad hoc project as assigned   

Job Requirements:-

• LCCI higher, Diploma or relevant Accounting / Professional qualification
• Able to handle full-set accounting
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• At least 5 year relevant experiences in trading / sales office / Japanese or electronics manufacturer
• Team player and able to lead with good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Self-initiated with strong commitment for quality excellence
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
