Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support business vision as well as financial corporate goals;
• Plan and develop product strategies that address: consumer needs across the region, enable new geographic expansion and leverage current channels of distribution;
• Define product/platform/technology roadmaps and marketing strategies;
• Define brand strategies globally that ensure business sustainability and growth;
• Asses, define and develop strategies for new business opportunities to accelerate growth;
• Plan and develop marketing communication programs to maximize the brands and/or key new product initiatives;
• Responsible for Marketing budgets to ensure financial goal attainment in healthy way;
• Supervise the marketing activities for the Globe;
• Ensure a keen understanding of consumer behaviors in order to guarantee that the overall business strategy is rooted in consumer based needs and wants.
• Responsible for ensuring a keen understanding of the economic, political and industry environment given that these dimensions are critically important considerations for the formulation of appropriate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent;
• 8 years hands-on  experience in consumer marketing, branding and product management at the regional level;
• Experience in with leading multi-national companies strongly preferred, previous experience in consumer electronics preferred;
• Experience in working with partners in Europe and US preferred;
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skill with proven track record;
• Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin;
• Strong analytical skills and vision as well as all-rounded business understanding with hands-on working style.
