Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, vouchers and check expenses claims, ensure payment on timely basis;
- Assist the Accounting Manager to prepare journal vouchers, receivable and payable accounting record, analysis and follow up;
- Taking part in month-end closing and preparation of monthly reports and schedules;
- Offer help in routine HR services such as job posting, preparing employment contract or other HR related matters under supervision;
- Responsible for general office administrative and other ad hoc assignments as required by the Company;
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in MYOB is definitely an advantage
- Independent, detail-minded, well-organised, good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking and writing is preferred
