• A degree holder of Accounting / Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc)
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in a financial management role in a listed company, preferably in property related industry
• Experience in IPO, merger, acquisition and investor relations activities is an advantage
• Strategic thinking and board business perspectives
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure.
• Managerial level experience to lead a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
