Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and connect them with the appropriate party, in person or on the telephone; and answer or refer inquiries.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, and arrange mailing and deliveries.
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and maintain meeting rooms, including serving coffee or tea to guests.
• Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for the team.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties assigned by the team.

Requirements 

• Associate degree and above in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Professional and friendly attitude and appearance.
• Good time management skills, excellent interpersonal skill and great team player.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Immediately availability is preferred
