The Job

• Coordinate Graduate Trainee Program (GT) of Commercial Group, ensure high engagement among teams and GTs
• Take part in different recruitment activities (such as job fairs and campus recruitment) as well as liaise with the external organizers
• Assist in designing, updating and conducting training in various delivering methods within the Commercial Group
• Review and recommend improvements on different training and development programs, update training material as assigned
• Coordinate training program logistics from course enrolment to evaluation record
• Prepare various reports and ensure good knowledge management practices in place
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

The Person

• Degree in related disciplines, with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in training
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good presentation skills and able to work under tight schedule
• Outgoing personality, interpersonal, administration and problem solving skills
• Skills in Photoshop and Illustrator/digital content management/multi-media production and film editing is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Training Executive
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Training & Development Manager
