About the company

Our client is a well-established banking and financial group. One of their subsidiaries is expanding rapidly; they provide a wide range of financial products and services to their individual and corporate clients globally.

This candidate will serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues and provide an all-round HR support to the team. Candidate with more experience will be considered as VP, Human Resources.

*Financial Services background is highly preferred.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations & engagement
• Provide consulting advice to senior leaders
• Work with hiring managers on the business needs and company objectives
• Ensure the HR strategy fits into the organization's overall business strategy
• Lead and manage the budgeting process, monitoring and reporting of actual performance
• Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and HR projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
• 10-15 years' relevant experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
