Job Description

YOU DO

  • Provide  administrative support to the office
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Database update and management
  • Keep filing and typing of various documentation 


WE REQUIRE

  • School Diploma with 1 year relevant office administration working experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel
  • Able to wok initiative and independently
