Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle full spectrum of office administrative duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, fixed assets procurement and management
• Manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance/repair/renovation services
• Provide administrative support to the Management in business activities as required
• Assist to organize company functions/activities 
• Coordinate with the headquarters in Shenzhen for implementing as well as following new office administration policy and procedures
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder, fresh graduate is welcome 
• Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin is a must, good writing skills in Chinese is required
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
