Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To handle receptionist duties of greeting and serving guests, answering phone calls, faxes, incoming/outgoing mailings and courier services.
  • To handle conference rooms arrangement.
  • Handle the procurement of stationary, pantry supplies, office equipment, repair and maintenance.
  • To assist in ad hoc assignments and various events

Requirements

  • Tertiary graduate or above
  • Minimum three years in either administrative field or reception duties
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills in fluent English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
