Requirement
- Complete high school or above with good pass in Chinese & English
- Good Command in spoken Mandarin & written English
- Good PC skills such as using MS office (Chinese & English) is a must
- Independent, outgoing, well-organized, and capable to work under pressure
- Minimum 1 year SOLID working experience
- Highly motivated & flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
Job Duties
- Prepare quotations to customers
- Deal with customers enquiries
- Perform secretarial support to internal department
- Checking & Preparing tender documents
- Contract follow up & order administration
- Prepare monthly report
- Ad-hoc duties
