Our client, a Jewelry company, is currently seeking for a Personal Assistant to join their Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

-          Handling every day schedule for management.

-          Traveling overseas a few times with management for meeting clients and exhibitions. (Mainly Taiwan and Thailand. Once a year to Europe)

-          Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

-          Organizing meetings and appointments.

-          Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodations.

Requirements

-          1-2 years of work experience in Personal Assistant or secretary. Fresh grad is also welcome.

-          Able to work independently.

-          Able to Travel a few times per year.

-          Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST.
