Job Description
Procurement Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the day-to-day procurement of all teaching and student resources, equipment, supplies, and furniture for the schools
- Gather procurement needs, implement procurement strategy
- Source services provider, negotiate price/terms
- Maintain purchasing database, files records, report and new vendor registration
- Liaise closely with suppliers for their quality of products as well as price negotiation, payment terms negotiation, etc
- General office administrative support and assist in various ad host tasks of the department as assigned
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with good communication skill with professional phone manner and be able to communicate in English and Chinese.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong PC skills and knowledge.
- With procurement experience will be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
