Clinic Receptionist /診所接待員

職責

• 協助PAC診所的日常運作: 文件處理、客戶登記/結帳、設備維護、庫存、藥房管理等
• 安排預約和回答客戶詢問
• 以團隊合作為先，為客戶提供卓越的服務

資歷

• 中五/DSE程度或以上
• 曾修讀醫療相關學科/證書/ 懂B2B操作者優先考慮
• 有責任心、有禮、誠信度高
• 積極主動、守時
• 具良好人際溝通技巧及團隊精神
• 良好粵語; 一般普通話、英語
• 熟悉電腦操作

待遇

• 月薪及年終花紅
• 每週工作六天，逢星期日及銀行假期休息
• 星期一至五: 上午12時至下午9時及星期六: 上午11時至下午8時, 每週工作6天
• 12天有薪假期、生日假期及額外獎勵假期
