Job Descriptions:

- Focused on processing new business applications within our Internal Service Level Guideline and accurately is required. Processing of new business applications is a full end to end process including follow up and updating our systems when the Insurance Policy has been issued.

- Support day to day operations including reviewing policy documents to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables.

-Manage and monitor premium collection, settlement and refund process.

-Handle enquiries on policy administration and underwriting issues form clients/partners.

- Participate in executing ad-hoc tasks; for examples, supporting partners' sales activities by providing sales aids to business partners

Requirements:

Form 5 (or equivalent qualification) or above

Passes in IIQE Paper I and III and 1 year experience will be an advantage

Responsible, detailed minded and well organized

Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternative shift Saturday)
