Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate business product development strategies and goals for existing and new products/services development according to the dynamic market conditions

• Manage and enhance the products / services positioning, features and commercial pricing according to the needs of different customer segments to enhance product image and quality.

• Oversee and implement new product development and product enhancement projects

• Analyze and monitor product performance and P & L, market trends and economic conditions to execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal business results.

• Team up cross-functional departments in the regional offices of the company Group and other internal/external parties for implementation of products/ services strategy and plans for achieving/ exceeding the business targets.

• Job Requirements:
   
  

• High diploma holder or above

• Minimum 2 years’ experience gained in sales support preferably in eCommerce, Freight Forwarding or logistics industries

• Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel especially v-lookup and pivot table

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin. Knowledge in Japanese / French will be an advantage.

• Good team player, self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure

• Immediate available is highly preferred
