Key Role and Responsibilities:  

• Perform daily operations, including but not limit to process records management storage and confidential materials destruction orders;
• Maintenance of office equipment;
• Arrange installation/ relocation/ termination of telephone/ fax lines;
• Assist manager to prepare budget related to office machines and telephone/ fax lines for branches/ office renovation/ relocation and monitor progress of logistic arrangement;
• Register/ dispose/ transfer fixed assets, conduct monthly reconciliation and yearly physical inventory check;
• Verify invoice and process payment;
• Safekeeping of procurement and fixed asset documents;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:  

• Form 7 or above/ Diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
• Attentive to details and accuracy, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good at problem-solving, able to handle and prioritize multi-tasks and work under pressure;
• Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel and PPT)
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Candidate with knowledge in banking industry is preferred.
