Responsibilities

• Perform general receptionist duties and provide administrative support to the team 
• Assist Admin Manager on logistic support for company events, functions and training, workshops, etc 
• Assist Admin manager to deliver high quality services to internal and external clients.
• Handling ad hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements

• Diploma holder or above, 2 + years relevant experience
• Proactive with positive attitude.
• Detail-minded and willing to learn new technology.
• A team player, able to work independently and effectively with limited supervision.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency of MS office, especially for Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing preferable
