Responsibilities:

• Assist in staff activities, including travel and accommodation arrangements, visa application etc.
• Facilitate meetings including compilation and dissemination of meeting agenda, minutes and any other meeting materials as needed
• Maintain all HK and MCO staff records such as personnel information, attendance and leave and report to HR department head.
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues.
• Responsible for staff and management expenses claims and prepare reports
• Replenish stationery, copying paper and other office supplies items, and maintain office equipment
• Provide administrative and organizational support and any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:                                                                     

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with formal secretarial training;
• 0 - 2 years relevant experience;
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Outdoor work is required occasionally.
• Good personality, fast learning, can work as a team
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
