About the Company:
Our client is a US Listed & fortune 500 company with strong presence across the world.
They are looking for a HR Manager, Shared Services to look after the HR process improvement & initiatives in Hong Kong office.
Job Description:
- To lead & develop the Hong Kong HR Services team to provide efficient services delivery to around 700 employees in Hong Kong
- To work closely with regional HR leaders, HR Business Partners & CoEs to facilitate implementation of global/regional initiatives
- To initiate and drive process improvement, policy/program development & review and system enhancement initiatives
- To provice HR advisory in HR operation related fields such as benefit program, tax, labor relationship, auditing etc.
- To develop efficient employee communication channel for company policy updates & changes
- To develop and deliver Employee Wellness programs
- To be the point of contact of Hong Kong supporting regional & global initiatives
Skills & Experiences Required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
- 5 years of HR related experience required
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
