Job Description
Our client, a German based international company, is a company with international operations in the field of medical & healthcare products. The group provide professional services and healthcare products including patient care, personal hygiene products and medical skin care products. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service to join their team on a part-time basis
- Monday to Friday (4 hours per day)
- Working location at Kowloon Bay
- Salary at HK$80 per hour
The job:
- Provide customer services to customers via phone calls & emails
- Handle customer inquiries, sales order follow up
- Provide sales admin support to the team on order processing, prepare quotations, invoices and data input
The person:
- Form 5 or above with relevant experience in customer service or sales admin support
- Good telephone manner and customer services
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Experience of MS Excel & Word
- Attention to detail, well-organised, responsible & independent
