I.     Purpose and Objective of Position:

To assist general support in full spectrum of human resources functions.

II.      Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every end of month.

• Co-ordinate the gathering of necessary information for the headcount and salary yearly budgeting exercise and process this efficiently and accurately.

• Provide weekly, monthly requested reports on staff vacant, cost, budgets (check against the budgeted amount), organizational charts update, etc.

• Coordinate the update for any new labor regulations, personnel files, employees’ registration to MPF, various insurance programs, Tax Bureau, payroll.

• Implement the exiting procedure when an employee is hired or leaves the company in order to meet legislation and internal rules.

• Provide full support on HR budget exercise.

• Annual Tax Return

• Support for Yearly Performance Appraisal

• Responsible for administering the personal filing system both hard copy and electronically whenever needed.

III.           Education and Qualification:

• Relevant Bachelor degree
• Good written and oral English.
• Experience in payroll
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Good knowledge of C&B market/industry information.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Number sensitive, Self-motivated, independent and proactive.
