Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business / personal matters
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the other department
  • Handle assignments independently in a tight schedule
  • Prepare minutes, reports and the presentation materials
  • Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
  • Organize meeting and conference with internal and external party
  • Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
  • To organize functions and activities as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines or formal secretarial training
  • At least 2 years of secretarial experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin
  • Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature and attentive to details
  • Immediate available is preferred
