Job Description

Our client is a Japanese Trading Company, to copy with their ongoing business expansion, they are inviting high caliber professional to join our team to meet the challenges ahead.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
  • Handle documents, reports and invoices.
  • Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department.
  • Assist in sorting, organizing and updating internal database.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred. 
  • Japanese speaking is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
