Responsibilities:

• Work in our Label Services team to handle customer orders and shipment processing

• Coordinating with factories, suppliers and customers on data update

• Handle customer support phone calls and emails in a quality manner

• Handle administrative duties

• Perform CRM duties

Requirements:

• F.6 or above with at least 2 years working experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English and Putonghua

• Able to work under pressure and independently

• Knowledge on computer software is an advantage

• Knowledge and experience in Trading and Shipping is an advantage

• Less experience will also consider as Customer Service Assistant
