Responsibilities:

• Perform full range of reception duties of greeting guest, answering incoming calls, courier services and provide excellent reception services to the guests;
• Arrange business trips e.g. flight bookings, hotel accommodation and traffic arrangement;
• Coordinate meeting room booking;
• Arrange equipment and facilities maintenance and sources vendors for office supplies;
• Handle stationery and sundries ordering;
• Other ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma with 5 years relevant experience;
• Cheerful, well organized, detail-minded, & self-motivated;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
