Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for Human Resources and Administration functions, including leave management, payroll, medical, EC claim, MPF and other administrative support 
  • Update and maintain HR database and employment records
  • Prepare statistical reports for management review when necessary
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Accounting or other relevant discipline
  • At least 3-year relevant experiences in Human Resources and administration field, large-scale corporation preferred
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employee Compensation Ordinance, other labour related legislations including the areas of personal data privacy and discrimination
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, good cooperation, interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate as a good team player
  • Able to work independently and can work under pressure
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fast and accurate typing (Chinese and English)
