Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the team, including reception works;
- Provide monthly and weekly cost control report;
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on service contracts review and renewal;
- Review and implement administration related policies and procedures to achieve the ISO 9001 standard;
- Organize and manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries, expenses and coordinate related arrangement;
- Participate in office renovation and relocation project should it necessary; and
- Assist and support in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above;
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in providing secretarial support to top management with experience from sizeable or multinational companies is preferable;
- Good computer literacy in applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Multi-tasking, proactive, well organized, logical with good business sense; and
- Immediate available preferred.
