Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office condition and facilities management
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Be involved in recruitment, strategy and all HR related matters
- Manage Health & Safety for the office
- Prepare budget, monthly payments and management reports
- Maintain filing system and confidential information
- Projects Assistant
Job Requirement
- Higher education
- Able to work independently
- Mature in personality
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Experience in managing a small team would be preferable
- Hands-on in daily office administrative duties
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
