Our client, one of the top-tier Chinese Investment Banks, whose line of business comprises corporate finance and underwriting, investment and loans, asset management and advisory, etc. It is currently seeking Junior Associates to join their teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Team

• Support account opening and maintenance data input, document checking, etc.
• Support product creation, maintenance and mark to market data input, control checking, etc.
• Support CIES-Fulfilment Notification and Annual Report preparation
• Coordinate with other operations processing teams / IT if any clients’ queries / problem
• Work cohesively with Ops Data Management team’s members and other relevant parties in respect of daily operations

Operation Team

• Monitor and maintain the operation of Data Centre to ensure it is stable and to prevent any interrupt of service which will impact to customers
• Process user online job request
• Perform regular health check for Production system
• Hardware helpdesk call handling
• Monitoring of Production system
• Process day-end batch cycle and printing of customer's printout

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or top-up degree, Major in any discipline (Finance, Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science a plus)
• Ability to work with least supervision with good interpersonal skills, computing skills
• Good command of both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
• On-job training will be provided accordingly
