Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining a courteous reception service.
2. Preform administrative, operational & HR functions.
3. Maintain a variety of records and prepare reports for management review.
4. Provide support to sales team.
5. Ad-hoc assignment is required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma holder or above;
2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience; 
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
4. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
5. A good team player with positive attitude;
6. Self-motivated, strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
7. Immediate available is preferred.
