About the Company:
Our client is a Listed Conglomerate Company with strong presence across the world.
The role will be responsible to look after Global Campus Recruitment, HK Local Group Level office BP issue, Employer Branding and Executive Onboarding.
Job Description:
- Oversee end to end recruitment process for both Graduate Recruitment and Professional Hire at Group Level
- Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders within the company & external vendors
- Attract the best talent in the market and maintain the employer branding of the company
- In charge of Group Level Executives and Leaders Induction & onboarding
- Drive various HR transformation projects at the Group Level
Skills & Experiences Required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
- 6 years of HR related experience required
- Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
