Our client is one of the largest and fast growing listed corporation with services in Greater China. Staff size is more than 1500+. The corporate head office is looking for an experienced Human Resources to support the COO for full range of HR services and ad hoc projects at corporate level.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform full spectrum of HR and operations support to Corporate office
• Liaise with assigned line departments to ensure smooth integration and expansion of services lines
• Develop, implement and execute HR policies and strategies in accordance with the Company’s direction
• Handle regular payroll calculation, MPF contribution and other staff benefits administration with finance and operation department
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENT

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience of which 2 years must be in a supervisory level in sizable organizations or listed companies. Agility and Ability to work in a fast pace fluid environment
• Sound knowledge of the Labour Ordinance and HR practices an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior Manager
• Immediately available is preferred.
