My client is a top tier listed group.They are currently looking for a Manager, Company Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in handling a full spectrum of company secretarial duties for subsidiaries and joint venture companies under a listed group, including drafting announcements and circulars; organizing boards, committees and shareholders meeting; preparing board minutes and resolutions and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters
• Provide assistance in reviewing company secretarial related documents
• Attending to Departmental administrative matters wherever necessary
   

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with qualification of being an Associate of HKICS/ICSA (or in the process of acquiring such qualification)
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in company secretarial field in listed companies
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
