Job Description
The jobholder is responsible for:
- Providing sales admin functions, including but not limited to ownership transfer, license retain and others related service
- Providing general admin support
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- F.5 or DSE or above
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative support
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Detail minded with good communication skill
- Immediate Available is preferred
