Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for internal documents control and maintain effective document system;
• Responsible for daily operations including data input, filing and other administrative clerical support;
• Collect or despatch documents or items;
• Assist Department Head to handle full spectrum of administrative duties;
• Work closely with departments and team members to provide efficient support.
• Experience in handling accounting invoice is an advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in business or above;
• At least 1 year's relevant working experience;
• Good PC skills and communication skill in both English and Chinese;
• Hands-on and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Self-motivated, responsible and hardworking;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Administration Officer
