Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle the clerical and admin work in Learning and Development department
Coordinating events/ activities for company
Design poster and newsletter
Prepare reports and project
Responsible for daily filing and data-entry
Assist with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Handling and organizing ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree holder of Business Administration or Human Resources related equivalent
1 – 2 years
working experience in administrative support
Fresh graduated will also consider
High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent
command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
Candidate who has less experience would be consider as “ Assistant Administrative Officer”
Working Hour:
At least 20 hours per week
$70- 80/hour
