About the Role

• As the Assistant Legal/Commercial Officer under the legal team, and report to Legal Manager. You are responsible to provide a range of admin support, legal correspondence handling and make sure that all data are up to date at all times
• You will also participate in commercial agreements and ancillary legal documents preparation, drafting and editing

Requirements

• Degree holder in business, legal studies or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in legal field
• Experience in business law or contract law would be an advantage 
• Experience in legal admin would be an advantage
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Detail-minded and able to multi-task
• Immediately available would be an advantage
