Responsibilities 

• To manage the all-round HR responsibilities including recruitment, HR operations, learning and development and C&B, etc.
• Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions
• Be responsible for the procurement management of office supplies, as well as cost management and cost control of office and entertainment;
• Communicate with all suppliers, such as telephone, internet, medical insurance, etc.
• Assist in the organization and implementation of various meetings of the company, and prepare meeting minutes when necessary
• Handle the daily affairs of the departments and arranging various entertainment for the company
• To perform ad hoc duties as required

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in planning, designing and implementation of C&B initiatives including incentive scheme, recognition program, motivation mechanism and grading structure will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skill with high sensitivity to figures and numbers
• Well verse with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proactive and detail-minded
• Strong common sense and excellent integrity
• Able to work independently
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluent Mandarin is a must
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
