Responsibilities

 Responsible for full spectrum in Human Resources and Administration of the organization

 To manage Human Resources in Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation, Staff                    Retention etc

 To implement Administration in Renovation, Maintenance, Insurance and Procurement Management

 To assist HRA Department to cope with the future business development of the organization

 Other related ad hoc projects

Requirements

 University degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

 Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance

 7 years’ or above solid experience in Human Resources Management

 Previous exposure in retail industry will be an added advantage

 Mature and independent, attentive to details with good time management

 Proficiency in PC application MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

 Good spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus

 Less experience will be considered as HRA Officer
