Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties including greeting guests, handling phone calls, processing courier orders, handling incoming and outgoing mails, answering enquiries, housekeeping meeting rooms, etc.
• Provide support including procurement of office supplies, office maintenance, prepare monthly reports, invoice and payment follow up, manage company car booking, etc.
• Handle travel related matters
• Support other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• High Diploma with at least 3 years' relevant working experience preferably in multi-national company
• Excellence telephone manner, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
